25-plus years of experience in the Construction industry with a broad spectrum of projects involving commercial property loss, construction defects and complex international assignments.  At MKA International, Inc. (MKA), she is the Regional Manager of our Sacramento, California location.

Ms. Pease provides services in our Property Loss business practice areas and provides oversight for our Construction Defect Litigation and Construction Disputes assignments. Her Construction Consulting experience includes project management, damage assessment, as well as the development of detailed repair or replacement construction cost estimates and associated cost comparison analyses and audits. Her consulting experience includes large commercial and industrial insurance claims for resorts/casinos, high-rise buildings, industrial, institutional, governmental, medical, and educational facilities and multi- and single-family residential properties.
